Minnesota Vikings @ Detroit Lions(12:30 PM EST)
The red-hot Minnesota Vikings head to Detroit Thursday for perhaps the most exciting game of the day. It’s certainly the game with the most playoff implications. Minnesota is currently at the top of the NFC North – with a 2 game lead on Detroit. The Vikings – who have now won 6 in a row – turned many naysayers into believers after last weeks convincing win over the Los Angeles Rams. After Detroit – Minnesota will have to face the Falcons, Panthers, and Packers all on the road. The Lions are one of the two teams to have beaten Minnesota this year – and they did it in their house. The Lions have won 5 of their last 7 games against the Vikings, and the winner of this game will likely win the division. This game will be a battle from start to finish – but don’t bet against Matthew Stafford. Detroit edges this one out.
Final: 20-17 Lions over Vikings
San Diego Chargers @ Dallas Cowboys (4:30 PM EST)
The Cowboys look to bounce back Thursday after taking a beating from the Philadelphia Eagles last Sunday night at AT&T Stadium. Dallas currently 2nd place in the NFC East, but with the Eagles having the best record in football – the Cowboys only chance at the playoffs will be winning a wildcard spot. They face off against the San Diego Chargers, who’s 4 wins this season have come against the Giants, Broncos, Raiders, and Bills. Dallas is a shell of the team they were last season and with Ezekiel Elliot serving a 6-game suspension, Dak Prescott has a limited amount of options. Expect home field advantage to play a factor in this one, Cowboys pull it out & get back above the .500 mark.
Final: 27-19 Cowboys over Chargers
New York Giants @ Washington Redskins (8:30 PM EST)
The Giants will head to Washington to finish Thanksgiving off with a match-up against the Redskins. At the beginning of the season this game looked exciting – but seeming as how the Giants season has been over since week 3, and the Redskins are 4-6 and will likely miss out on the playoffs, the hype that would have surrounded this game is long gone. Expect this one to be pretty one-sided, Redskins win by a landslide.
Final: 27-10 Redskins over Giants
