The Raiders and Broncos were fighting early in Sunday afternoons match-up in Oakland, which began with a fist fight between Raiders WR Michael Crabtree and Denver’s Aqib Talib.
Crabtree was blocking Talib on a play when things got chippy — Talib Aqib grabbed onto Crabtree’s chain and tore it clear off of his neck.
Aqib Talib mocking Michael Crabtree after snatching his chain in last January’s match-up against Oakland.
This was not an isolated incident, you may remember a similar incident happening between the two teams when they faced off in last January’s playoff match-up — when Talib also tore Crabtree’s chain off.
Crabtree, while surrounded by members of the Broncos, removed his helmet and began swinging on Aqib, who swung back but did not take off his helmet. Michael Crabtree, Aqib Talib, and Raider’s Gabe Jackson were all ejected following the scuffle — Marshawn Lynch surprisingly enough helped escort Aqib Talib to the sideline after the altercation.

There’s no word yet on what sort of punishment will be handed down by the league for those involved.
